International Medical Student Research Conference (IMRC) is an international conference for medical students organized by Phramongkutklao College of Medicine (PCM).

Participate as Observer
For observers, please select “General Delegate” on the registration form and complete the payment.
Revision of Submitted Work (Open abstract submission)
If you wish to make revisions to your submitted abstract, update your personal information, or indicate your intention to participate in special events (such as the welcoming reception or the palace visit), you are welcome to resubmit the revised abstract. Please ensure that the resubmission includes the payment slip that was attached with your initial submission as confirmation of payment.
Revision of Submitted Work (Deadline abstract submission)
According to the guidelines, no changes are permitted at this stage. However, please note that the submitted abstract was intended solely for research track categorization. You may make adjustments to your presentation later, but the core concept and main topics must remain unchanged.
International Collaboration among Participants
We would like to confirm that there is no violation of the rules in collaborating with participants from different institutions or countries. In fact, we actively encourage cross-border collaborations among participants.
Co-authors name in certificate
Please be informed that the certificate will include the names of both the author and co-author. The name of the presenter will be highlighted in a larger font for emphasis.
Co-author attending
Co-authors are welcome to register as observers. Registering as an Observer allows co-authors to attend the conference, participate in the program, and support the presenting author, but it does not grant them the role of presenting the abstract or giving the presentation.
Co-author submission
There is no maximum limit to the number of authors that may be included in an abstract submission. However, please note that each submission may only be presented by one presenter.
Numbers of abstract
There is no restriction on the number of submissions an individual may be involved in, either as a first author or a co-author. However, please note that each submission may only be presented by one presenter.
Registration fee coverage
The registration fee includes catering during the official conference period. Please note that accommodation and dinner are not included in the registration fee.
Accommodation for presenter
We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately we do not have a list of recommended accommodations at this time.
For getting around Bangkok, we recommend using the following transportation options:
  • BTS Skytrain (Victory Monument Station)
  • Taxi services

These options are convenient, widely available, and easy to use, making them suitable for international visitors. We recommend choosing accommodation with convenient access to the BTS Skytrain or within a reasonable distance of the venue to make traveling easier.

Based on our system database, your name is registered in the system. Please follow the steps below to resolve the login issue:
  • Carefully recheck your username and password to ensure there are no typing errors.
  • If the issue persists, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.
  • If you have followed both steps above and are still unable to log in, please contact us for further assistance.
Request to change presentation type
The consideration regarding your presentation track has been carefully reviewed by our esteemed panel of judges. Please note that their decision is final and cannot be altered. We kindly request that you observe the official announcement of the results accordingly. The organizing committee sincerely appreciates your understanding and continued participation.
Changing presenter after submission
Kindly note that the presenter’s name, as submitted during registration, cannot be changed at a later stage.
